ADMISSION OF THE PUBLIC TO MEETINGS
The Head of Legal and Democratic Services has marked with an asterisk (*) those items where he has reason to believe that consideration may need to be given as to whether or not a resolution excluding the public should be passed.

1.  DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Members are asked to declare any interests in the items under consideration and in doing so state:

(1) whether the interest is personal or prejudicial; and

(2) the nature of the interest concerned

If any member requires advice on declarations of interests, they are advised to contact the Head of Legal and Democratic Services in advance of the meeting.
2.  MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS HELD ON 30th September and 22nd November

Resolved: That the minutes of the meeting held on 30th September and special meeting on the 22nd November, be signed by the Chairman as a correct record.
3.  CONSIDERATION OF A SPECIAL POLICY ON CUMULATIVE IMPACT

To consider the attached report on proposals to amend the Statement of Licensing Policy to include a special policy on Cumulative Impact in respect of off-licences in designated areas of Blackpool.
4.  REVIEW OF STATEMENT OF LICENSING POLICY

To consider the report on the operation of the cumulative impact policy since its creation in January 2007 and to determine whether any amendments to the policy are required.
5.  LICENSING ENFORCEMENT UPDATE

To receive a verbal update on the work of the Licensing Enforcement team.
6.  POLICE ENFORCEMENT UPDATE

To receive a verbal update from Lancashire Constabulary on Licensing Enforcement Issues
